What products do you supply?
Natural latex mattress cores (Monozone, 5 Zone and 7 Zone), toppers, layers and sheets, blocks, pillows, and graphite infused latex.
What type of latex do you supply?
Natural Dunlop latex. We focus on one process, so every order ships to the same consistent specification, batch after batch.
Is your latex pinhole latex?
Yes. All our latex is pinhole Dunlop latex. The pinholes help the foam cure evenly and later let air move through the finished material.
What is your minimum order?
Minimum order quantities depend on the product and specification. We supply from container-scale orders down to smaller production runs. Contact us and we will confirm for your order.
Can I order less than a full container?
Yes. Selected Monozone natural latex mattress cores are held in US warehouse stock, so smaller orders can ship without waiting on a full container.
What do you keep in US stock?
US stock covers popular ILDs and standard US sizes in Monozone construction. Stock is limited to select specifications. Tell us the ILD, thickness and size you need and we will confirm what is in stock. For custom builds, multi-zone cores or any other product, we supply to order.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. Free sample kits are available for businesses. Each kit is made up to your request.
What is your lead time?
Lead time depends on order size and whether items come from US stock or are supplied to order. We confirm timing with every quote.

What thicknesses do you offer?
Mattress cores, toppers, layers and sheets, blocks and graphite infused latex are available in 1", 2", 3", 4", 5" and 6". Custom thicknesses are available on request. Pillows come in standard pillow sizes.
What ILD and density options do you offer?
We offer five standard firmness levels.

How is my order shipped?
We ship worldwide. Orders ship from our US warehouse stock or are supplied to order from our manufacturing partners. Latex is packed flat or roll-packed depending on the product, and shipped on pallets or loose in containers. You receive pricing, lead time and delivery details with your quote.
