Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Tree to Bed ("we", "us") collects through treetobed.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at enquiry@treetobed.com.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, send an enquiry or request a free sample, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name, company name, business email address and phone number
• Your state, business type and the products you are interested in
• Order details, such as firmness (ILD), thickness, size, quantity and order type
• Your message or notes
• For free samples: your shipping address, city, state and ZIP code, so we can send them

We use this information to reply to you, prepare quotes, send samples and handle any order that follows.

How our forms are delivered

Our forms are sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. When you submit a form, Web3Forms receives the information and emails it to us at enquiry@treetobed.com. Web3Forms handles it under its own privacy policy.

Contacting us by WhatsApp or phone

If you tap a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens with a short pre-written message. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we see your name, phone number and messages. If you call us, we see your phone number. We use these only to respond to you.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It tells us things like which pages are visited, how long people stay, which website they came from, their general location (such as country or city), and their device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small files your browser stores, to tell visits apart.

We also record when someone submits a form or taps a WhatsApp or phone link, so we can see which pages lead to enquiries. These records do not include anything you type into a form.

We advertise with Google Ads, and may use Google's advertising cookies to measure the results, for example to count how many people who clicked one of our ads later sent us an enquiry. You can manage the ads Google shows you atmyadcenter.google.com. We do not use social media tracking cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on attools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works normally without them.

Other services our site uses

• Hosting: our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type, to run the site and keep it secure.
• Fonts: our pages load a font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• Social media: we link to our Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages. These are plain links. If you follow one, that site's privacy policy applies.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services described above, as needed to run the site and respond to you, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as we need it to work with you and to keep normal business records, then delete it. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it

Email enquiry@treetobed.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 30 days. We offer these choices to everyone, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

Our site uses HTTPS encryption. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Children

Our site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
